Do you accept international orders?

Due to banking and postal restrictions, we are currently only able to ship to a limited number of foreign countries. If you place an order we will email you the availability of shipping as well as shipping charges. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges or taxes.

Can I special order hats not shown on your website?

No. We do not special order custom hats. If there is a special style you are interested in you may contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Need a bunch of hats, or are you looking for that special one of a kind hat?

We would be happy to assist you in finding exactly what you're looking for. We give discounts for bulk ordering (generally 20 or more hats) and can find you hats that might not be featured on our site. Please feel free to contact us via email or phone and we will do our best to find exactly what you are looking for quickly.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We make every effort to ship your hat(s) within 24 business hours of the receipt of your order. Some items may take longer. We will contact you by email if your order will be held up.

Most packages are shipped via USPS. This service will take 3-5 business days to deliver your package. We do offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Service for an additional fee. Shipping fees are assessed depending on the hat (s) ordered and apply to the continental USA addresses only. Additional fees may be assessed for shipping into Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Can I order a hat online and pick up in person?

We currently do not have a pick up option. All online orders will be shipped to the address you input at checkout.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

No. Multiple discounts can not be applied to a single order. This includes coded discounts, site-wide promotions, first purchase discounts and collection specific promotions. You may, in most cases, use discount codes on sale merchandise.

Can I used a discount on a previous order?

No. Discounts and promotions only apply to new orders.

Can I return or exchange items I purchased on Amazon?

All orders purchased on Amazon will have to be returned to Amazon. The best way to do this is through the "My Orders" section on the Amazon app or website. 

Can I purchase a Gift Certificate/Card from the website?

Yes, E-Gift Cards can be purchased from the website and either emailed to the purchaser or recipient. 

Do GIft Certificates/Cards expire?

Yes, E- Gift Cards and In-store cards expire after 5 years, from the date of purchase.

Are there Gift Certificate/Card Fees?

There are no fees to issue E-Gift Cards or In-store cards and they do not depreciate in value.
